    I had Dotson install a new tankless hot water heater for me. Their communication was good and the guy that came out to my house couldn't have been more pleasant. I would have no problem going back to them.

    I was very impressed with this company. Mr. Dotson responded quickly and repaired the leak I had with my hot water heater neatly and in record time. In addition, his wife with whom my son spoke to on the phone, was very courteous and helpful. Being a widow of only a short time, it is very satisfying and comforting to find someone that is honest, trustworthy and affordable. I found me a plumber that fits these characteristics and I will be calling on him again in the future as well as recommending him to anyone that expresses a need for a plumber. I highly recommend Dotson Plumbing!
