  I only give them 1 star because they had the vehicle we wanted t the best price. But, trying to buy that vehicle took a 3 day and finally 5 hour nightmare just to do the paperwork! Despite telling us our credit was excellent, they spent 2 hours with trting to get and print car info and trying to upsell us on their maintenance and service plan with fear-based tactics! After 5, yes, 5 hours today, we were finally able to sign everything and take the car home. Exasperating! Would not recommend if you want fast, friendly service with great credit and cash down! Salesman was nice, but had no authority and Constantly had to wait for answers, on everything...from Carfax to the report to financing. We were told finance guy was new bit has loads of experience, took him hours!!! Felt like we should have charged back for our time. We were so drained after 4 hrs of waiting/paperwork, we were numb, just wanted the car and to get out. Not worth the 300 bucks we saved. Incredibly ineffective communication, no one knew anything..they did not seem eager to sell. Sad, desolate, cynical salesmen hovered around, reluctant with answers. Saw the car 2 days earlier, we're told it wasn't ready to purchase, despite an Internet photo and description. Had to come back and endure tortortuous experience. We will pay more to avoid this in the future. The owners would be well served to trash their entire org chart and start over...rework so that the customer is actually served well, instead of fighting for answers, getting excuses, slow service and inane opinions. Being middle-aged with goid incomes, and excellent credit as they told us, we have purchased many cars over the years with no problems, and never....never...had to spend 5 hours waiting for paperwork, printouts, answers, etc. The owners should be embarrassed that their organization is so crazily arranged, so separated by function, it takes acts of God for folks to get up from their desks to get answers and sell us a car! The salesman continuously apologized. We told him to get a job elsewhere, for his own sake.
  Very poor experience, saved $300, not worth our time and trouble. Didn't get extended warranty because we want no future dealings here!

  I'll say this, the only thing good about Parks in Kernersville is the people who check you in to get your car serviced, that's it. From my experience, the person that sold me my car, they're about money. I bought my car and this man acted as if it was a problem for him to explain to me how to work this and that. After he got his commission, he was done. Yes, they will lie and cheat people just to sell a car. They got me, definitely did. The paint job on my Malibu is messed up, my car is 4 different colors (told that by several friends that own body shops). I called them to let them know and they did nothing about it, but I have all of these body shop people telling me otherwise. I was upset for the longest, but I would think that when bad karma decides come back around no body can do anything, no even the owner himself. I should have written a review on them a while ago to. If I could give this company a 0, would! Choose where you buy your car wisely.

  I ask this dealership before I came out to have everything done before I got there! When I got there they tried to put me in a totally different vehicle that I wanted. They told me I didn't qualify for the vehicle that I wanted and that the vehicle they offered was a good deal. So I denied the deal on that vehicle and told them that I would think about it over the weekend. I wouldn't have been upset,but have an hours ride. They told me they couldn't help me with the car I wanted! But Monday they miraculously worked something out for me and the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle they first offered was the same price as the one I wanted. When They called Monday they wouldn't give me any details how they worked this out or give me any information on the offer. Just really disappointed! The salesman was really nice. Just felt they tried to deceive me and wasted a lot of my time.
