  During the afternoon my disabled wife got a flat tire on 421 so she pulled off the highway to the Exxon station on Linville Rd. She wears a leg brace that's clearly visible and she has a lifetime handicap parking permit. Although disabled she does her best to be independent. She removed the jack from the car and somehow loosened the lug nuts on the wheel. She started to jack the car up but she couldn't turn the jack handle any further so she went into Exxon and asked for assistance in turning the handle. There were 2 employees inside. A woman at the register and a man counting product. They told her they couldn't do anything to help her. Then, they hesitated to give her the restroom key so she could wash her hands. They weren't going to let her use the restroom. TOTAL LOSERS.
