  STOP RIGHT HERE! !!! I can't say enough. I do critical home care nursing. Needless to say, the carpet was soiled BAD. Urine, drinks, medicines, aninals, gurney wheels ..... Peviously i had the carpet cleaned by a company advertising "organic" products. Looked good for a day or 2 then , a waste of $$ i called I-V--Lee, explauned the situation, a price was quoted and the next day the gentleman arrived on schedule. He did EVERY STEP as advertised in their web site. The carpet looks good as new. Thus company is liget.
