  The most recent of the VA hospital clinics to be installed in North Carolina. Has a full range of options for Primary Care and the majority of the additional clinics expected of a civilian hospital. Normal government hours 0800-1700 (parking lot opens at 0700 and closes at 1900). Easy to get to, easy to find. Multiple check in electronic kiosks on all levels. Very friendly and helpful volunteer staff (coffee desk on second deck). The doctors and nursing staff I have encountered so far are all very friendly, helpful, and [most of all] knowledgeable. The initial check in staff are very understanding of those new to the system and ensure that you get all the correct paperwork submitted. On site security from parking lot open to close.
